Not the cheapest but I wouldnt be without them in the cold.
I think the Lowepro gloves are way overpriced for what they are. I'd look in outdoor gear shops for alternatives, although in my opinion some of the claimed "sticky" finishes that they have are not that sticky. Have learnt that from experience....

So thin you can do stuff like type in them, but remarkably warm and you can easily pull a pair of fingerless mittens over the top of them when it gets really cold.
Just see if they last 10+ years and still look like new like the Lowepro ones. Still at 1.99 who gives a ****?
I have tried a range of gloves and recently invested in a pair of these from Amazon:

I also have some murdering gloves (just tight fitting black leather gloves) that are great for wielding a camera as they are such a snug fit and thin so they don't take away my sense of touch too much. They also help avoid leaving fingerprints and DNA evidence at crime scenes.

Something like this Jeremy.
A good pair of leather gloves also have the advantage of being suitable for day-to-day use, not just photography. They can also look kinda don![]()
Recommendations please for cold weather gloves, with ease of use for the buttons/controls as I suffer from white finger in both hands,
Jim
You'd need a decent pair of gloves for that, obviously...... though maybe the boxing gloves you linked to wouldn't be ideal....![]()

Seal Skinz are really good. Fairly warm and genuinely waterproof.
You'll hate them when you get them though - they take a while to wear in. Just bought this upgrade for them. They seem nice![]()
I vaguely remember my husband being jealous, but the windproof ones, I was originally thinking of the ones similar to yours in the link
