MY wife,s account,she is having problems with it,i have never seen this problem before,when she tries to sign in she gets this.......
Any ideas anyone.:eek:

could it be anything to do with them swapping googlemail accounts to gmail accounts?
 
It asks for a mobile,dont have one,i wont give them my home phone number,if the only solution is to just open a new email account for my wife i suppose thats that.:)

After a google it seems its going on a lot. Pretty sure I have had to do this with one of mine.

I wouldn't suggest that - when I checked this (I was concerned it was a scam when I opened an account recently) I discovered that their T&Cs allow one account to be registered per number. I haven't tested whether they stick to this, but it may complicate things in future!
