Technically nice, but the crop isn't doing anything for me I'm afraid It's such a small creature I don't think part body crops ever work

It's a great sharp shot,, but as others have said would have been nice to see the whole bird

Thanks for the comments everyone. I thought the crop *almost* worked as it emphasised the "hands behind his back" look he was giving off

Sawman, are you sure about my sensor? There was quite a busy background and although most of it is OOF there are still some shapes to be seen?

really doesnt work for me mate, it needs its legs ! Nice and sharp and well exposed though.

Joe there is a bit of sensor dust just above the birds head and to the left a bit, although its not to bad just now.

Sharp and well exposed but +1 for preferring the whole bird and also, if possible, keeping in focus using a different aperture, the back of the bird.
