Halloween Photography

Hi, everyone!

I'm writing articles for my university portfolio and I'm curious what is everyone's favourite thing to photograph at Halloween and why? Do you like the pumpkins, the Halloween decor, spooky cats, or do you have a more abstract way of portraying photography? I want to hear it!


I like photographing people at Pumpkin patches because I love people photography and the autumnal feel of the orange colours and families dressed up warm to find a pumpkin to carve.

I get involved every year and take images of all you have mentioned both indoors and outdoors.
This year due to Covid we have run an online quiz with carved pumpkins photographed in many locations....one or two had to be Photoshopped.
There are no events this year in our area of the UK.
