No experience of them, never heard of them previously. But there are a lot of positive indicators:
- real shop in Woking
- Ts & Cs mostly comply with UK legislation
- VAT number prominently displayed and checks out properly
- company established in 1962 and Companies House filings up to date

They are very local to me but have not bought anything from them in over 20 years (might be more likely me 30 +).
Goes back to film days and my preferred shop back then was another since closed shop called Reids, mainly down the shop manager and staff knowledge and when buying film in (for me) bulk I got a better deal
FWIW when I rarely stop to window shop their prices are not too keen.
With a single shop outlet IMO it is about the knowledge they can offer that lifts them above online or other not as knowledgeable shops.
So always caveat emptor.........but the fact that they have survived this long including the move a few years back into the shopping centre infers to me that they must be doing something right
