Hash on a Macbook

Hi, silly quick question, how do you get to the # (hash) on a MacBook Key board.

what's it say at the top of your option key?

option key and 3 then

If you go to System Preferences > Keyboard and check the Show keyboard and emoji viewers in menu bar checkbox, you can get a real-time preview of the various key combinations (Option, shift, etc.) on your Mac as you try them out
