Heipi travel tripod - anybody ordered it?

The 3-in-1 travel tripod from Heipi has been praised as an ultra light and compact travel tripod. At this point, I'm convinced to try it and want to order. The problem is, I only recently moved to UK and I am very unsure what to expect to pay in customs fees and VAT. It seems that ordering it from China is the only way to get it at the moment.

Has anybody in the forum ordered it and can share their experience? General advice might also be helpful, the value of the tripod is around £300, how much should I expect to pay on top of this for VAT and customs?

If you reckon on 25% (the VAT is 20%, plus duty (depends exactly what duty is leviable) and some handling charge for the carrier to pay the VAT/duty) you won't be far wrong
 
Would you not be better buying something that’s already in a u.k shop or on Amazon as there’s no import duties involved
