Hello From Nairn

Hi, very much an amateur, I mostly photograph wildlife (try to) with an odd landscape and general family snaps thrown in.

After a lot of research I recently traded my old Canon 30D set up in px for a Sony Cybershot RX10iii, so recent infact that I haven't seen my new purchase yet until I get home from working at sea.

I lived in Smithton and latterly in Inverness for a few years around a decade ago. Beautiful part of the world and always enjoy going back. Nairn beach was always a favourite of mine.

I was there for a walk on Friday and the tide was scarily far out. Threatening cloud heading in from the Black Isle as well, but didn't come to anything thankfully. I'm told Nairn has a good camera club, so that'll be worth exploring.
