Help from the forum please

I use PSE11 and my other half sent me the following jpeg that was taken on her phone, hoping that I could remove the blue cast from the people's faces.
Can anyone help me in guiding me through the process so I can make a presentable picture please?

Thanks for the link. I read that and tried it in PSE11. Can't seem to get the same result as Andy did. However I do now have a copy of LR 5.7.1 which I will use to correct MOH's other pictures. Thanks for the thought.
