Help on new camera please?

Hi guys, I am looking at purchasing my second DSLR camera the first was a very basic starter camera and I feel the need to upgrade. Im looking at spend around 400 pounds and I mainly Photograph "urban" scenes like graffiti artists in action and city scenes. But I also like to capture countryside and wildlife! Any help would be amazing as I am very stuck.

What's your current camera? And what lenses do you have?

Also what's wrong with your current camera that you want to upgrade?

Lenses are usually best to upgrade if your camera still meets your needs.
 
It's a fujifilm s2980 a very basic camera that hasnt get changeable lenses. Has been good just to get the hang of photography but need to upgrade.

Just to picky, but that's not DSLR.

You have many many choices. Go to a camera shop, try all the models in and just above your budget and see which feels best to you.
No one can tell you how you will feel with any particular camera.
Once you have found a brand and model you are happy with, then come back here and we might be able to point you towards a better value used camera that will fit the bill.
