HELP

im just starting to study for my HSC and i love my photography
and i need a theme for my art major.
ive seen so many listings about what i could do.
i have a few ideas on what i might like to do but im not quite sure
i was thinking maybe 'hands' could be my theme and then i use photography to capture what it means to me. but in saying that does anyone have any ideas how i could do this.

but what else will be effective??
or theres ballet
i love the whole tu-tus and the ballet shoes, although im not into dancing like i used to be its an idea.
other then that im not sure,

Any suggestions we make will be useless. You cant get inspiration from a messageboard (unless looking at pictures)... What bangs your drum is inside you.. Only you have the answer...

Go for ballet if thats what you like

i would also say that hands are maybe not the best to do as every one dose them, i have seen so many works by art students on hands.
Saying that i dont have any sujestions :amstupid:

If you do stick with hands how about some nice monochrome shots of various people's hands. Musicians, farmers, fishermen, whatever. Just a wide variety from silky smooth to rough and callused. Mix these with half length portraits of the owners of the hands.

You've answered the question right there... what do hands mean to you? Figure that out and shoot it.
