Can anyone comment on the quality of the floodlights at Henley Hawks and whether there is a good even spread of lighting including the in goal areas. They keep to a 3:00pm kick off throughout the winter so floodlights will be used and it will be dark by half time. I have not shot Rugby under full floodlighting before as they generally move the kick off at Nat2 level. Will my 7d mk2 fare ok under the lights or should I scrounge a 1dx mk1 as my main body, or should I just retire to the bar at half time. Lenses are all F2.8
Any other useful tips shooting under lights?
Thanks !

I can answer my own question Very Dark!
Take a full frame body with good low light capability
Tried a 5D mk iv ( hired for the weekend) and have to say quite impressed as the ISO went up and up and could still get something usable at 25600 for a try in the corner in the last few minutes.
You would not want to exhibit the result but for social media, web use, it made the difference between getting the shot and not at a decent shutter speed.
