Highland Wildlife Park

I was just wondering whether anybody has done any photography on their own or as part of the 'photography day' at the highland wildlife park ?

Quite fancy a trip up now they've homed Mercedes the ploar bear but I wasn't sure how good it was photography wise ?

All the newer enclosures are good for photography, the new Mercedes enclosure is particularly good but as always it depends on the animals and the available light.

Winter is the best time for Highland Wildlife Park, but if you are planning to go during the snowy months it is sometime better to phone in advance. February was particularly snowy this year. My Tiger image for the tp calendar was taken then, as was Paul's Wolf shot.
