Hi,
I have just got a lens mounted filter holder and a few filters including a circular polariser.
Reading up on CPLs I see that they are different to linear polarisers because they have an [additional quarter-wave plate or scrambler behind the (still linear) polarizing foil].
My question is, which way round in the holder does the CPL need to be.
It is quite hard to explain so here goes;
my CPL is a KOOD one and on one side of the black plastic ring it has PLC stamped on it, does this side need to face or face away from the lens or does it not matter.
Cheers..,
