Overcast day on the Solent

It might be overcast but it still gives a sense of movement - would a bit of pp bring this out a bit more ?

My dad used to take us to watch them every year as kids when we went to the IOW

Great pic, good sense of movement, great machines to ride on, I go to IOW every year and they still have a regular sevice to and from IOW.
