I am using astro stacking software and in the process, the software creates a .info files for every image file. When stacking well over 200 files that means I have a huge number of .info files in a folder. They are all underneath the original image file, so I have for example IMG001 followed by 001.info, IMG002 followed by 002.info.

When I need to restack I can only drop and drag the IMG files so I am having to manually delete each .info files as I go along. This takes ages!!

Is there a way to either get all the .info files in one mass so that I can delete in one go, or a way to specify that I want to delete all .info files in the xxx folder?

With XP, search on *.info, when all found, select all (using the edit menu) and delete them.

It will probably be much the same on Vista and Win7.
