how do i delete/uninstall - apps/ programmes on mac

i am rapidly running out of space so going to delete a few apps/programmes i don't use.

how do i uninstall GIMP for the first one? can i just delete to trash can?

yep thats it, just drag the app to the trash can

depends on the app you want to uninstall.

Most of the time you can just throw into the trash can, some needs the setup file to uninstall

got apple.com/downloads and get a program called app cleaner, it will remove it and all the files it created.

And it is free...!
