How do you burn a playable DVD?

Okay, I have a few video files that I need put onto a DVD for uni portfolios.

I used to use Nero, but now I can't seem to get it to work.
I then switched to DVD Flick, but after a while that stopped working.

Help!

Have you tried dvd shrink?

Have you tried windows movie maker??? (assuming you're on a PC of course) - should do the job without too much fuss

i never do dvd burning but mymate does and he uses nero power dvd

You need Nero Vision to do it through Nero - the normal burning engine won't burn a video DVD.
