How long to authorise a student/charity edition of LR?

Adobe seem to be taking their sweet time with mine - submitted the proof of working for a charity last Thursday, and a follow up email yesterday. No response yet.

Anyone else done this and how long did it take?
 
Did CS5 last week using a student id, it took just over 24 hours from start to finish. I guess your charity status is harder to check on.
