Q. How long do you think it would take to iron a 3x6 muslin background?

A. FOREVER!!.....

.....especially with limited room lol I had to iron it as there were some heavy creases in it, and I have to OE too much to get rid of them....

....how I wish I just folked out the £190 for the white vinyl.

I have got a 3m carpet tube today, so ironing it, still lol then going to roll it up, still investing in the vinyl though as innerd it for other ideas I can't do with muslin.

I seem to remember you can just hang them on the backdrop stand then blast them with a steamer

i got a ruck of muslin cloth from ikea, which saved me a few quid.. but as a hobbying tog, i didn't get it out of the bag for a couple of months after i'd bought it - epic fail - creased wasn't the word! it's still there now.

This was the lencarta one, it come in a really small vacuumed bag, god knows how it got in there lol

Gonna getthis job out the way then invest in the vinyl one...

Wash it, tumble-dry it, then while it's still warm roll it up around a cardboard tube...

Buy the Mrs a STEAM GENERATED IRON for Christmas and borrow when needed.....

hang on backdrop stand, tape to stand and floor so fabric is pulled as tight as possible, then spray with plant water spray [assuming you dont have a steamer]. Leave a few minutes and tighten the tape further.

possibly - give them a call or drop them an email (see the website) they are a real friendly bunch and will bend over backwards to help. They do different colours as well.....
