iCal events

Hi Guys

I think this might be so simple i'm overlooking the answer.

In iCal (4.0.1) I can't get an event to show as occurring over the full duration of the event, i.e 7th 8th and 9th of a month when the calendar is shown as a month view.

If I switch it to week or day view the days are shaded out in the appropriate colour.

If I sync my iPhone with the mac the iPhone will add a . under each of the days the event runs for, so the event is saving correctly.

Any ideas?

You have to select 'full day event' I think it is!

yup, that draws a line through all the affected days, it's obviously too easy to automatically draw a line through all the consecutive days when you tell it that the even starts at **:** am on one day and finished at **:** pm on another day.

The only way I can do it is by making it a 1 day event recurring over the required number of days. It means you have to set the same times for each day, but at least it displays. Edit: above method works better
