So your saying when reading the title who is Hugo & Eduard?
Hugo is credited with inventing Woodchip that stuff I've just spent two days scraping off a wall and Eduard is credited with inventing?
Yea you guessed it Polystyrene that stuff that so many companies send to you as packaging when you buy a TV, Computer, Flat pack furniture, so you have to break it down and it flies everywhere the bin man won't take it unless you can hide amongst the rest of your rubbish somehow.

Sadly we used wood chip a lot in the 80's and 90's on uneven walls before painting them. Nowadays I've found a great plasterer who can do a good skim coat for a fair but modest price.
