This year marks the 140th anniversary of the original ILFORD company which was founded by Alfred Harman in 1879. It is also the 14th consecutive year that HARMAN technology has offered their ULF and custom film manufacturing window, giving film photographers the opportunity to place orders for a range of specialist film products and formats.

It's quite a list. I was amazed at these:

1164767 FP4+ SHEET 5in x 50ft EI Roll
1164756 FP4+ SHEET 9cm x 50ft EI Roll
1173918 FP4+ MINI 10in x 100ft UP EI CC3 Roll #

So that's 50 foot rolls of sheet film, and a 100 foot roll of 10" wide 135 base film!

And even more so...

1164965 HP5+ MINI 8in x 100ft EI Roll
1164602 HP5+ SHEET 20in x 50ft EI Roll
1174843 HP5+ ROLL 46mm x 50ft UP EI (127 Format) Roll
1174810 HP5+ ROLL 70mm x 50ft UNPERFORATED EI Roll
1174821 HP5+ ROLL 70mm x 50ft DOUBLE PERFORATED EI Roll

Here UP is un-perforated, and EI means Emulsion wound in, for some reason.

So whose got any idea how to deal with a 20 inch by 50 foot roll of HP5 sheet film? I was trying to imagine using it for a 4:1 pano camera, perhaps that's a project for @stevelmx5 !

I haven't seen the pricelist for the ULF, but I'm pretty sure that this roll will be spectacularly expensive. ;)

Edit: £907.14 for that one Chris, so don't go letting the light in to it! https://www.ag-photographic.co.uk/hp5-20x50ft-roll-2927-p.asp

Other prices on the Ag website here https://www.ag-photographic.co.uk/unusual--ultra-large-format-sheet-film-29-c.asp

I’ve already got more cameras than time (until I finally leave my day job in July!) so I’m afraid the ultra-panoramic is up to you ;0)

.... EI means Emulsion wound in, for some reason. !

Film for making cine prints was usually wound emulsion out - as they contact printed emulsion to emulsion and once processed would be emulsion in for projection.
