Today has been a VERY positive day!

Firstly i am off work, went to wales to catch up with a good mate along with my fiancee. Then we went to the beach (anglesey beach) then on my way home I found out I was the winner of Chromasia.com's annual lifetime membership give away but winning his comp!

Processing is one of my let downs in photography, I just could never work it out for myself, Now though I have professional tutorials i can follow and allow to help me understand what does what!

Go me!

Congrats mate :D
An excellent prize....

PS. You're a git for pipping me to the post :p

I too am let down by processing, and would love to have the knowledge to give them some super duper oomf that Chromasia does.

Thanks guys :)

there is a lot of catching up to do on it so I think I have some bedtime reading to attend to later.

Thank you, I have briefly looked over the tutorials and they do seem bloody good to follow.

They are good tut's. Signed up the morning of the comp, and was prompted by the comp to sign up. I like his work a lot, but there is a time and place for the processing, and landscapes IMO is normally NOT the time or place. I can see it being useful for detail shots, urban decay, portraits, and SOME seascapes...

Saying that, the general quality of the tutorials and the info within is actually very relevent in general terms too, so without trying to replicate his style - you can still learn from the tips he uses to produce said style.

Gary.

I've also signed up with my runner up prize :)

Look forward to some chromasia-inspired work in the future

congrats and well done :clap::clap::clap:

and well done to Marcel to get runner up :clap::clap:

Congrats on the win mate. Hope it comes into use and you show us some examples of what you've learnt.
