Im about to embark on my film journey! cosmic symbol, anyone? Agfa Silette L, anyone?

Hallo!

I'm getting fed up and am totally uninspired with digital at the moment so I thought I'd go raking through my camera cupboard, and have found myself two cameras that I would like to have a play with.

Artifact number One: cosmic symbol

Artifact number Two: AGFA Silette L Prontor 125

Now.. I've found the Cosmic Symbol's manual online and have printed it off.. does anyone know where I might be able to get hold of one for the agfa?

Does anyone have either of these cameras? Any tips for a film noob??
 
The Cosmic Symbol was my first proper camera (aka 35mm) and I learned a lot from it. You have direct access to aperture and shutter speed and it was nice and small/light for its genration.
 
Hmm. Not actually seen an Agfa Silette L Prontor... but anyway, can;t help sorry. Got one for the Silette LK though.

That's not an L... anyway, the Symbol would be more fun!

Yes I got the cosmic manual from that website but it didn't have the agfa that I have :( I'll just give it a go anyway and start with the cosmic symbol! I have a fridge full of film so I have no excuse not to try it out asap!

Get some film in and get shooting!!!

And then head down to Tesco's in Chichester and get them developed for £1, might have gone up since I last went but I will be going soon.
