Anyone here have an iMAC and dual boot with windows 10?

I'm struggling a bit.
 
My wife uses Bootcamp and last week she had me changing the size of her Windows partition. I did think about changing her over to dual boot but after a bit of research decided that it would never happen. There's a good reason why Bootcamp and Parallels exist! :wideyed: :naughty:
 
I used the trial of Crossover to test one of my Windows programmes on my iMac and that worked well ... no different booting just use it in macOS.
 
I was dual booting until recently.
I had windows crash on me so, using bootcamp, I restored the MAC disk to its original condition.
Since then I have been unable to re-install windows.
I do the whole bootcamp thing but when the MAC auto reboots I just get a black screen and nothing responds.

I'm beginning to think I should go back to a Windows PC.
 
For anyone who is interested I found a solution to the problem.
Resetting the PRAM solved all my issues.

I didn't even know that was possible. I live and learn.
