Image hosting.

[Danny_Two]

Ive noticed the majority of you lot seem to use Flickr for image hosting.

Why is this? Is it considered the better of the bunch, easiest to use, best results, or do you just use it because everyone else does?

Ive used Image shack, it can be a bit slow, but maybe Flickr is better.

[fracster]

I use photobucket.......

Though I have a Flickr account as well, should use it a bit more often I suppose.

[BalSanghera]

I have my own webspace and tend to host all my images there, never used flickr as I dont know what the advantage of using it is... If im uploading screenshots etc then I just use imageshack

[DizMatt]

flickr just for the community and the feed
hosting though? try not to use flickr as it destroys the exif and you can't control the compression...so I host on my own space for most things

[neil_g]

i use flickr and fotki.

flickr for personal stuff and the community side of things.

fotki for the co-branding gallerys (they also retain a copy of the original uploaded image)

[bbb]

flickr is for the cool kids

[Chaz Photos]

try not to use flickr as it destroys the exif

Since when all my EXIF is there.........
