In-Camera Metadata Issue

I'm posting this here, as it's probably something very basic that I've missed, but it has me completely stumped. :shrug:

I bought my camera second hand, and it stamps the previous owner's name in the EXIF of each shot I take. Until now I've just changed the info in LR, but I sometimes forget, and end up uploading shots with the previous owner's copyright info contained within them.

How in the world do I change it to my name? I'm sure I've been through every setting in the camera, and I can't find a reference to it in the manual, unless I'm looking in the wrong place.

Can anyone help? TIA.

plug it in via USB, start EOS ultility and click on camera settings, you can edit his name out in there

Ah, I had a feeling it might be something like that. I've never bothered plugging the camera in. I just transfer files straight from the memory card. Cheers.
