If the Camera feels comfortable in your hands and your happy with the price then i cant see why not.

I have no experience with said camera but i sure it will be just fine.
 
Perfectly good camera.

the 400 range does not have built in image stability like the 500 range.

The olympus 4/3 sensor means that you wont get cheap wide angle lenses, but you will get length (you can read up on crop factor if you're interested)

The 40-150mm olympus lens is around £100 new and the excellent 70-300 around £300.

Lots of options for using old manual lenses with an adapter.

The 400 is quite a small body but if that suits your hand size then great.
