ipad and iphone tethering

ipad and iphone tethering to give 3G coverage on a wifi only ipad

Anyone done it?

If so, do O2 charge a fortune for it?

Both devices are ios 5.0.1 and I'm on a 35 pcm contract at the moment

Orange charge £5pcm for doing the same thing. I can't imagine that O2 are going to charge a huge amount more.

Personally I use a 3 mifi as the connection is light years faster.

Do you have a data limit?

I don't think i'd ever do it every month, and 9 times out of 10 I can find a wi fi network to use anyway.
