Very sad but he had a great life I am sure. One of those photographers who constantly remind you that no matter how hard you try and reinvent the wheel, when you see their stock and look at your work, it has all ben done before, and moreso much better. Genius at work. Simple as that. RIP.
 
As a teenager I recall going to one of his exhibitions and not rating it at all. Then I grew up and opened my eyes a little.

He was one of the all-time greats :notworthy:
