is it worth owt ?

[garymicheal]

ive just been digging in my dark places and found my old zenit 35mm film camera is it worth owt and if so how much ?

[Uneducated_Rick]

£8-12 on eBay depending on specific model and condition - obviously some rare models are worth more but if its an Zenit-E then they're normally a fiver

[AndyB]

Its worth more in your hands with a film in it

[garymicheal]

just says zenit 12xp

Gary,

It followed on from the -EM in the early 80's. A good solid body without any of the frills that were starting to appear on the Nik's Canons and Pentax offerings of the time.
Sadly it's worth very little.....you might raise enough to buy yourself a new CF card.

I read a lot ....I also had the XP's predecessor in the 70's (the -EM) but switched to Pentax when I started to get more serious.
