It pays to be cheeky

[Harvey_nikon]

We had a meeting today with the marketing guys from London, talking about all the upcoming promotions on one of our websites. They mentioned getting some of the promotion winners down to London for a night to pick up their prizes from our figure heads.

After the meeting I asked them who they used for their photography as I do a few weddings and wouldn't mind helping out.

Turns out they are after more togs and prefer using internal as the 2 they currently use are both internal. Just got to send over a link to my portfolio.

If they like my work, I'll be popping down to London now and then helping to shoot on events and studio shoots. The website in question is Jackpotjoy, the UK's leading bingo site so I'll be taking photos of "Jack", "Joy" and the queen of bingo, Barbara Windsor as well as being there when they shoot the TV adverts

Just shows that having the cheek to approach people can lead to good things

Good luck, hope it works out well.

I prefer, "shy bairns get no sweets"

All the best to the OP
