So Thursday 10 days ago, I was out with Damien up North Norfolk taking pics of the sunset at cromer............

Anyhow between Damien's and mine on the way home at approx 70mph . :naughty: outside lane of dual carriageway taking the Tesco and Asda lorry.... I managed to out of the blue (close your eyes and ears boys and girls) throw up over myself whilst driving.......... :gag::gag::gag::gag:

So got home, everything (including the remote Pentax trigger) into the washing machine.............. then whilst that was going, tackled the inside of the car....... before taking it to the Kosovan car wash the next day........

Then couldn;t find the remote... convinced left it on Cromer beach or down the back of Damien's sofa, and then what does the better half find Friday evening......... in the washing machine.......... the remote.

did it work - did it b****r?

tried and tried many times, but tonight took it to bits and got rid of the rust.... and IT WORKS!!!!!!

This is my own Top Gear/ Toyota Hilux moment..........

A crappy RC has survived 4 washing machine cycles and armed with just a kitchen knife has been mended.............. :lol:

How -- totally out of the blue - started as a cough.........
Where -- Norwich southern bypass outside lane 70mph +/- 20mph or so.. (probably more the plus side and maybe a bit more than 20) :lol:
Why - I didn't want to believe me.......

But got home, everything in washing machine (including the RC) D'oh!!......

Just now fixed it and am chuffed.....



Damien - Yes, ok i was supposed to go with you to somewhere to pick up a flash, but given the events of Thurs night and me leaving a present for the greenkeepers / crows in the trees on the 10th, maybe was a wise choice........

I blame Tori's cup of tea!!!! :lol::lol:
