Juvenile Willow Tit ??

I am not 100% sure if this is a willow tit juvenile or not just edging my bets on the location it was taken, but would appreciate feedback if you think different cheers

Not sure about juveniles but the minor differences between adult marsh and willow tit plumage is well documented. The best ID is the song/call. If you know the nest site then willow tits invariably excavate a new hole in a rotten tree every time, usually a small diameter hazel in my experience, where as the marsh tit will use any available hole,natural or pre excavated but usually in a tree. they can be both found in the same habitat.

I've found it difficult to separate willow and marsh tits as adults, let alone juvs! regen would seem to have the best advice above; find parent and try to separate by call/song.
