Kelby training or photo training 4 u?

Any tried both and what do you think was the best in terms of quality of content? Or is there another alternative? I am mainly interested in people/children photography (studio, flash, portraits) and have a passive interest in the art of wedding photography and enjoy watching masters at work. I am also interested in learning more on PP.

I've seen these two sites and both seem to have decent catalogues of material. Any recommendation on which one to try?
