Had a Photoshoot over at the Lincolnshire Aviation Heritage Centre on Saturday. Went with the Nikon Photo School and it was well organized by Timeline Events.
It's not a big place, but was nice to hear a Lancaster with its 4 engines running.
This is the first time I have done this sort of thing.

Thank You Kodiak, That was the intention, but very lucky as it was raining hard a couple of hours earlier.

The big bird at EK is great to photograph.
Did you get any of the start-up, with the rotation and flames?

The Start ups where a bit flame less, got some smoke out of the exhusts, but any flames where very small and short lived, it had been raing just before the Lanc came out and the air would have been damp.
Got some with the propeller circles, but they are common on the Net.
