    hi all
so its coming up to x mas, and im looking to get the misses a few books
looking on the likes of amazon and such like, they are all the much of a sameness
can anyone recommend books or photographers that are more of a showcase of the images , rather than the basic landscape books that tell you about camera settings , to only go out at sunrise ect
she likes all landscapes, sea scapes, black and whites, minimillist so plenty to go at
    thanks

The landscape photographer of the year 10 year edition was pretty special, definitely worth a look.

    A few I can suggest

Alex Nail - Northwest is excellent.
Joe Cornish - Gallery is also excellent.
Sebastio Salgado - Genesis is also highly recommended but is not all landscapes
Joe Cornish and Roll Smith - This Land
    William Neill - Retrospective
Various - Masters of Landscape - not terrible but not one of the better landscape books IHMO - some great images some not as impressive.
    Healing - Colin Bell
J Henry Fair - Industrial Scars - is something different and interesting
Colin Prior - Scotlands Finest Landscapes - is amazing but weighs a ton

Always recommend Shiro Shirahata for pure mountain photography, the Alps, Karakorum and Himalaya books are all worth it if you can kind them for a decent price.
