£9.99 I bought the WHSmith portraits magazine (done with AP Digital Photography etc etc) great mag loads of advice and bingo on the back a grey card and white card grey for setting the Exposure and white for the WB .... very handy and has easy to follow and use instructions which I then wrote on the back to make it easier ......... go get one
Anything reflected isn't going to be as good as direct light readings - hence I use the Expodisc when it matters to accurately meter the light source for such as landscapes
Snag is, anytime there's also a mix of light or reflected light with a cast (as everything does reflected) it's not entirely accurate so I don't use them in churches, hotels etc. as the mix cocks it all up - better to shoot raw and choose a suitable WB onscreen later for me
