17 -35 mm af minolta 2.8 @ £265
19-35mm af 3.5 4.5 tokina @ £80
is the minolta £180 better then the tokina ?
or im i missing something !!!

Im not familar with the lenses above but looking at what you have posted, the Minolta seems to be F2.8 throughout the range whereas the Tonika starts at F3.5 and goes to F4.5

Also the Minolta has an extra 2mm at the wide end, although this wouldnt warrant the price difference.

Are those new prices or 2nd hand?

2nd hand you see i have the tokina but was wondering if its worth getting the minolta bt only if its really is better ?
