Lens Hood Bracket for Video

Hi,
I am trying to find some kind of bracket or clamp to mount a GoPro Hero / Samsung Smartphone to the lens hood of Sigma 150-600 Comtempary Bazooka and maybe my canon 70-300L lens hood as well ! ?
Reason being I like to shoot video as well !

That is a nice little cold shoe mount

I have looked at using the cold shoe mount and long alumuiniun third party GpPro arms to raise the high of the GoPro / Smartphone above the tele lens. At the moment the end of the lens & lens hood is being captured in the scene.
