Lens recommendations please?

Sorry for all of my threads recently but as i find myself taking the camera out more often, i keep finding new things i need to ask

I'm looking for a second lens, my first being the kit 18-70mm on my a300. I'll mainly be using it for sports and nature as these are what i enjoy shooting the most.

I'm on a tight budget and i've narrowed my options down to 3 lenses, which one would you choose and why?

Tamron 70-300 f5-f6.3
Sigma 70-300 f4-f5.6
Minolta 'beercan'

Or anything in that price range that may suit me better?

Don't know the beercan ?

I would take the Sigma over the Tamron because it will auto-focus at 5.6 where the Tamron 6.3 is on the limit and needs a sunny day to work.
