Lightroom CC - Syncing between computers?

I've been away for a couple of weeks and took advantage of my CC subscription by editing some of the pictures I took using Lightroom CC on my laptop. Now I'm home, I'd like to add the pictures from the laptop to the catalogue on my desktop, keeping the changes I made on the images.

Is this possible, and if so how do I do it?

not sure about cc but you used to export the pics from the laptop as a collection, then import them into the desktop. Can't remember exactly how but I have done it that way.

Thanks Stephen, that's what I'll do via a portable drive. I was hoping there was a way of syncing the collection over the internet using Lighroom mobile but I think I may have confused it with catalogue names!

I think you can right click a catalogue or collection to export them, then import them to your main mc

Can't you just use rsync / xcopy / robocopy the directory structure?
