Beginner Lightroom presets

Hi guys did a search and couldn't find a lot to be honest.

do you guys use Lightroom presets from other photographers??

I've made a few of my own however I'm just wondering who's are really good to buy etc?? I understand every picture is different and lighting etc

any help would be great.

I've tried a few in the past (just freebies) and even the SLR Lounge 'preset system', but they're never anything with shouting about. Now, I just create my own for my style of retouching. Most of those for sale only usually work well on the example images the photographer uses to promote them.

Others may disagree.

Nik software plugins sometimes for B&W but generally I don't like the final result, so I use it to see what sort of results I could expect, then edit my own.

Check out VSCO and Looks Like Film. I don't use these personally as I've never found anything I like across a whole set of images but they're very popular
