I dont know if anyone is using wordpress with yet another photoblog (yapb), but ive just finished up a lightroom + wordpress plugin that lets you publish directly from lightroom to yapb.
It maintains links with the post so you can update the image/tags/description as needbe. It'll also pull the comments from your wordpress blog into lightroom and lets you post comments back.
Wordpress categories are matched to lightroom tags. Blog title and content are sent from the image metadata title / caption. The two parts of the plugin can be found below
