What is the best form of training and are there any available plugins for lightroom....???

I use light room 3.5 I've been using it since the 2.1 days and have self taught myself through trial and error.

The best way of learning is grabbing a cup of tea/coffee and just pouring over the youtube videos out there there no point spending money to learn about it when its out there.

Adobe also do tutorial videos IIRC.

You tube!!!! Why didnt i think of that, lightroom is new to me, is there a new update abailable, i have v3.4 i think

3.5 is the latest the big upgrades the I liked from 2.7 were, better noise reduction, better sharpening, built in water marks and tethered shooting.

But yes a day on youtube and google should do you its not that hard to get to grips with at all m8.

Built in watermarks....? I need to look at this, stop these perverts taking my photos...... :-)

I used a plugin in 2.7 for it which the technically ungifted would not be able to use it was a crude way and didn't play nice with exporting anything but a jpeg.

Been able to do it in LR3.5 is just so much easier you'll get the hang of it after a couple of years you'll know it back to front.

I mean are pluging available for editing purposes such as, topaz.......

Where are you in Hampshire? If not to far We could meet and would be happy to show you around Lightroom
