Lizard in the Grass

A Common Lizard hiding out in the grass up near Pendle Hill, I did try getting a little closer but I moved a tad too suddenly and it scurried off.

Its eye may not be as big as your lens, Geoff,
but it sure has spotted you with a sharp one!
