Does anyone know of any good locations close to meopham, they dont need to be on the door step, just not two hours away?

Any ideas would be very welcome.

You should come and have another go in the snow. Or you've got the mausoleum at Cobham, or Luddesdown has some good landscape opportunities.
 
I'm aiming to give timelapse another go in a couple of months at Meopham Windmill.

do you know of any derelict buildings as i have been looking at urban exploration, looks good but a bit risky?

I'm from nearby (Istead Rise)

You thought about somewhere like Leybourne. Isn't there an derelict mental hospital or something? What kind of shots you trying to get?
 
You know the usual flaking paint, broken windows and empty rooms.
I would want to attempt to make them look atmospheric, almost so you know it's a scary place, so an old mental hospital sounds perfect.
