London- My first attempt at photography with my new Nikon D3300

I like #3, the light is quite pleasant and I like the composition too. Do you shoot in RAW or JPEG? I feel like it could be made better with some careful tweaks in lightroom.

#1 looks a bit soft to me, was this handheld and slow shutter speed?

These are shot in jpeg and all hand held. The camera was a Christmas present, I've only ever used my iPhone before.

The second one has the stronger composition. The first one might work better if you turned to the left and got the reflection of the building more in frame but you have good lead in lines with the Themes and the boats wake.
All will look great when you go back with a tripod :p and shoot them again.
