Looking at film cameras on ebay

Is it possible to filter out any listings containing the words Holga and Lomo?
Can't see any options for this anywhere.

Use the vintage camera's option

Use the advanced search - this gives you the option of excluding words.

You can also use this to list completed listings ( further down the page) - useful for getting an idea of prices stuff is selling for.

or just type "-Holga -Lomo" after what you're searching for...

for example "120 Camera -Holga -Lomo"

Search whatver camera I do want -(Holga, lomo, canon, nikon) and it'll weed out the junk

That's correct. Typing something like "vintage camera -Holga -Lomo" in the search box will bring up vintage cameras but EXCLUDE Holgas & Lomo's.

gawd, that sets me up for a 4 hour browse looking for something I definitely shouldn't be buying...ha

It's worth looking at newly listed BINs. Occasionally you can grab yourself a bargain.

Any Ebay search I usually look at "ending soonest" to see of there's anything I want to very quickly have a think about, and then I do as Rob suggests and go to the other end for "newly listed" and see if there's anything the vultures haven't had time to pick over the carcass of.
